NILL added new content to 6 Indian Law Bulletins on 1/17
On 1/7/13, petition for certiorari was denied in Contour Spa at the Hard Rock v. Seminole Tribe of Florida (tribal sovereign immunity) and on 1/14/13 in Marceau v. Blackfeet Housing Authority (real estate, statute of limitations) and Oravec v. Cole (equal protection).
